AR Foundation is a community-driven non-governmental organisation based in Kinniya, Trincomalee. Established with one clear purpose — to uplift the most vulnerable members of our community through targeted, dignified, and sustainable support.

Women's Skills & Livelihood Programme

A six-month vocational training initiative covering tailoring, food production, and handcraft skills. Participants receive a starter kit and are connected to local market networks upon completion.

After-School Learning Centres

Free tutoring sessions for O/L and A/L students, staffed by trained volunteer teachers. Centres operate in three village locations every weekday evening.

Fishermen Equipment Support Scheme

Subsidised nets, outboard motor repairs, and life jacket distribution for registered fishing families. Includes sea safety awareness workshops.

Ramadan Food Package Distribution

Annual distribution of food packages to low-income families during the holy month of Ramadan, reaching over 300 households across Kinniya and neighbouring villages.
